Too bad they cant be hit with jail time.

That opens up the question of smoking in the home too....

Thats a lot harder to enforce but if caught they should be fined and educated on the dangers of second hand smoke the first time. After that they can do some jail time.

Like hanging your cig out the window. Or even smoking outside at home.

I don't know the studies etc. on 2nd hand smoke but why take a chance?
It's bad for kids sinuses etc. either way.

Even hanging it out the window is not good. At some point you have to bring it back in the car and force the kid to breathe in the smoke.

Thats why I said too bad. However, if the fine doesnt get them to change its better for the kid to be safe than happy.

it is best not to smoke around them

i used to smoke never really understood it

i quit smoking long ago

rooms or cars with smoking going on

or recently

the air is heavier harder to breath

it is really hrd on kids with allergies or asthma

If human rights exist at all, smokers rights exist, but , they don't preclude the right to LIFE. Liberty and pursuit of happiness is were things get fuzzy. Life and health, we all might agree, should be the priority.
