Elon Musk, a billionaire that Leftists love to hate, has got his teat in a ringer yet again for pointing out the well-known fact that students at historically Black colleges and universities have, on average, sub-standard IQ's.

Because this is what he apparently believes (rumor has it that he also "believes" that the earth is a sphere), he is branded a "racist."

Wouldn't it be fun if Musk decided to use this instance to fight NYT v Sullivan - the case that makes it almost impossible for a "public figure" to win a defamation suit - by suing a publication that calls him a racist, then prove that his "racist" statement is true as his defense?

Hey, it's all in the name of free speech, right? Open your mouth and stick your leg in it, get pilloried. :)
I'm not sure what the issue here is.

The issue is, of course, that the OP believes the same thing....or at least is comfortable with anything that bashes Blacks. This is not news, here at USMB.
