No forgery. They filed documents. They would have had to have created documents purported to be from the DEMOCRAT side for it to be forgery.

They purported to be the duly elected slate of electors from the State of Nevada. Only two state GOP's were smart enough to add a disclaimer. If stupidity were a crime the other 5 would be charged with it too.

I did not hear of any Independents being involved. I assume you to be a party member of some party, but I never have been. It is nice, owing no party allegiance to a party the will (not might) let you down or damage your interests. It is much better to be able to vote against the biggest asshole of the moment with a clear conscious. You on the other hand, are simply a traitor if you vote against your party's choice, no matter what kind of asshole he/she/ or it is. No, they didn't. Forgery requires an actual government or company document to be copied, and presented as the authentic document.
