Ingredients:
1/2 Cup chopped onion
2 Tbs butter
4 oz can sliced mushrooms
2 cans condensed cream celery
soup
1 1/2 soup cans milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped pimento
1 tsp paprika

Sautee onions & mushrooms in butter. Add soup and water and cook 1 minute. Then add milk, cream and spices. Add lobster chunks and heat thoroughly.

You should serve it with cornbread.

How much lobster?

Just enough to garnish?

How heavy do you want the soup? You also want to cut the lobster pieces to size as well. If you want to serve the soup as a meal you want larger pieces and more of them, if it is an appetizer smaller pieces used to flavor the soup rather than fill one up.
