If the person background check comes up clean then we prosecute but if it turns out that he is wanted for murder then the shooter is let go. It is as simple as that.

If the person background check comes up clean then we prosecute but if it turns out that he is wanted for murder then the shooter is let go. It is as simple as that.
Oh, I see. You want to just shoot all the Mexicans. If the person you just killed turns out to be clean, then you just say, "Oooops! Sorry about that!"
As for "wanted for murder", that automatically means he's guilty, eh? Interesting. You must not be from America because we believe you are innocent until PROVEN guilty.
