Should Preference to Sharia Law Be A 'Disqualifier' For Refugees / immigrants Coming to The US

VIDEO: Sharia in the Twin Cities?, by NR Staff, National Review

"Filmmaker Ami Horowitz was alarmed by the growing number of Somali Americans living in Minneapolis who have joined up with the Islamist-terror groups ISIS and al-Shabaab. So he recently traveled to that city to speak with members of the community about how much American values resonated with them, their feelings about sharia law and terrorism, and whether they’d prefer to live in Somalia or America. Their answers were revealing...."

Sharia Law is completely IN-Compatible with our government and is a threat to our nation as it exists...and it has led to cases of violence.

Should vetting include the question regarding preference for Sharia Law, and should that preference be a 'disqualifier'?

What part of Sharia law?

Sharia law is not implemented as all or nothing. There are broad interpretations between groups
Are you talking about supporting domestic disputes and local concerns in a religious court?

Groups like the Amish, Orthodox Jews and Mormons already do that
Sharia LAW has no place here in the United States...period. If they want Sharia law they should stay where Sharia Law is accepted.

Do you apply the same standards to Christian and Jewish groups?

What if the victim agrees to go through their local religious court rather than involving the police?
Easy does not believe in civil liberties for all in America. That is why he is easycuck.

Well that will certainly stop terrorists.

We better also ask also if they intend to commit any acts of violence in the United States.......

There is only one way to stop terrorism

You need to call them "Radical Islam".......makes them run in fear

Nah, let's give them Visas and invite them into the US....

Or we could ally ourselves with them, go to war Unconstitutionally, and use our military to help them take over their own nations so they will have their own countries instead of wanting to come here. That seems to have worked out well.

Not a single terrorist attack in the United States has been by a refugee.

Seems to be working just fine so far.

But if you think that asking them to cross their heart and promise that they aren't terrorists before allowing them in will work better than actually vetting them like we are doing- well you are just as much as an idiot as you always are.

Ecclesiastical courts only handle matters of a religious nature.

Sharia law and Islam are a system of governance totally at odds with the U.S. Constitution. Sharia has no business here in the U.S. PERIOD.

You can advocate Sharia law within the confines of our laws and Constitution

Many religious groups (Amish, Orthodox Jews. Mormons) handle issues such as domestic disputes, civil matters and minor offenses within their communities through church elders or clergy

Nope and nope.

OK

How do you stop people from going to their religious leaders for justice?
