All constitutional rights are expressly stipulated and written in the national constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, meaning that any other laws which are in contradiction with it are considered unconstitutional and thus regarded as invalid.

This does not preclude other natural rights, nor rights that may be added through the amendment process.

Foreign nationals have no right under any circumstances to emigrate to the United States, as the Constitution does not cover foreign nationals until within the borders.

The current immigration laws need to be changed to prevent those coming to the United States through any but legal channels from enjoying such coverage.
