Early feminism failed to meet the needs for women of color.

The white privileged middle to upper class women defined working outside the home as liberating.

Their sisters of color had been working outside the home the entire time from years on the plantation fields to housekeeper/nanny, the ideals the privileged class women fought for were of benefit to their privileged class in that they saw it as progress.

Your point only proves that both sides of the spectrum as defined by our current linear politics are hypocrites. Both sides play whatever social media sound bytes will help them seem victimized. Both parties are outdated and use the same tactics that they've been using for decades.

The only solution is to allow third parties to be heard en masse by the public in the same way the main parties are heard. Give third parties spots in presidential debates and people will see the fallacies that the Ds and Rs perpetuate in order to further their closed door deals.
