In the private sector federal law requires us to avoid stuff like this even in appearance, just another example of government not obeying the same laws they heap on the people.

They also try to pull off these really bad things off in the cover of darkness and / or shrouded in lies.

One of Obama's campaign promises no one has wanted him to keep and has not let him do was to close Gitmo. There was no way he was going to be able to close GITMO as long as the Taliban 5 were there. He had been releasing other terrorists, but they were too big. Along comes Bo Bergdahl, giving Barry the perfect opportunity. So he released the 5, lying how they were part of the Bo Bergdahl swap....except the 5 were never part of the Bergdahl deal. The group that held Bergdahl demanded to get paid...and they were.

The 5 never went to the group holding Bergdahl. Never made sense. They went to Qatar where they would be unable to leave for a certain period of time...then were free to go back to Afghanistan (or wherever). The ransom for Bergdahl was kept quiet because the LIE was that the 5 were exchanged for him.

Now, in the dead of night in an unmarked cargo plane filled with foreign currency so no US law is broken, a ransom is paid for hostages....and we are told it is perfectly legit, nothing to hide, nothing to see here.
