Sec. James Brady - Homicide

Whether it take 3 days or 30 years, it's still Homicide.

There has to be a cause and effect though. If Brady died of a brain hemorrhage in the exact area of the brain where the bullet carved a tunnel through his head, then you're right.

If the brain hemorrhage occurred elsewhere in the brain, then the cause and effect linkage becomes more difficult to quantify and argue.

If he died of a heart attack, then cause and effect is even more delinked. I mean, who has ever heard of a 73 year old man dying of old age or of a heart attack, am I right?
