Whew, San Francisco will be Felon Free, they will be "Returning Residents". The residents of San Francisco can now sleep at night and feel much safer. Actually this may even attract more "Returning Residents", after all how many really want to be called a convicted felon.

If the Justice-involved person has been involved over and over with a rap sheet a mile long, I dont want a loser on their forehead, but like in the picture below. Rabid animals cant be fixed, just euthanized to prevent more felonies.

I saw some of the residents of Californication in one of their subways, and yes, they looked like zombies walking around because of all the drugs they use. I was worried when Osama Obama's Dept of Homeland security was practicing for Zombies at a Walmart in Texas, but now I can see that they were just prepping for inner cites residents of Evil.
