It was interesting for me to learn russians have the ability to work on the Internet. Do they really know what Twitter is?
Lets see...some bunch of young people get paid for what we do here for fun?
If it is true and this agency really exist and work, I have to give my rspect to Putin. You know why? Because this guy bends his line and has own Internet army. And Obama does not have. Or it doesn`t work well.
By the way, infowar is the one of the oldest types of war. And US Government is well versed in this issue
