1. Obama's hand-picked USSC Justice, Sotomayor, agrees with Trump:
In 2001, Sonia Sotomayor, an appeals court judge, gave a speech declaring that the ethnicity and sex of a judge “may and will make a difference in our judging.”

In declaring this, Sotomayor does not only admit her own ethnic and gender-based bias but also declares ALL judges may and will be bias based on ethnicity and gender.
-- If you are on trial or are being sued, if you don't take the Judge's ethnicity and race into consideration, based on what Sotomayor admitted / declared, then you are an idiot and are (potentially) leaving your chances in court up to chance.
No matter what you think of Trump, Sotomayor Trump's comment about Judges, whether Hispanic / Muslim / Irish / whatever, male or female, regarding bias is based on 'sound' legal advice / statements based on none other than USSC Justice Sotomayor, Obama's hand-picked Justice.
...or are you Libs saying Sotomayor is completely wrong, that her judgment is completely wrong...and thus maybe Obama made a mistake picking her if she feels this way?
