Rightwingers, anti Constitution to the bone

Rightwingers, anti Constitution to the bone

More precisely, conservatives have contempt for, or are ignorant of, Constitutional case law.

Conservatives will often exhibit this ignorance or contempt with inane questions such as ‘where in the Constitution is the word privacy,’ or ‘where in the Constitution does it say separation of church and State.’

When one directs them to the case law establishing those principles, they either ignore the case law or reject the settled, accepted doctrines of judicial review and the Supreme Court’s authority to interpret the Constitution, that indeed the Court determines what the Constitution means, as the Constitution exists only in the context of its case law.

And this ignorance of, or contempt for, Constitutional case law is compounded by conservative hypocrisy with regard to the very doctrines they deride: one knows of no conservative who takes issue with Heller/McDonald, never has a conservative challenged the Heller Court to cite where in the Constitution it says ‘self defense’ or ‘individual right to own a handgun.’

Moreover, in McDonald, incorporating the Second Amendment to the states and local jurisdictions per the 14th Amendment, where is the outrage from conservatives that ‘states’ rights’ are being violated, or local communities disallowed to determine policy best suited for those jurisdictions?

Conservatives reject the 14th Amendment with regard to its requirement all citizens have access to their 4th Amendment right to privacy or 5th Amendment right to due process, yet embrace that very same Amendment with regard to the right to own a firearm.

Conservatives need to learn the Constitution is not a ‘cafeteria plan,’ they don’t get to pick the rights they approve of and reject those that conflict with rightist dogma.
But leftists don't?

Seen much leftist support for the Second Amendment lately?

Yeah, me neither.

Can anyone of you Republitards find it in the Constitution where the writers intended for religious fundies like Santorum and super rich greedy capitalists like the Koch Brothers to be the rulers of this country? The country is ran by the executive, judicial and legislative branches, is that the blueprint of a country that is to be ran by religious fundies and super rich greedy capitalists? Come on now punk trolls, put your hands up and attempt to fight back.
You're a fundie whackjob, yourself. You hate gays, are anti-choice and present religious arguments on those topics.

That's different. Somehow. It just is.

But when a small congressional minority, allegedly known for their constitutional fealty, proposed 42 amendments in one Congress, it starts to look like a party treating the document as a first draft. (In contrast, Dems have proposed 27 amendments, most of which come from one member: Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. of Illinois.)

The Washington Monthly

Republicans treat the constitution as a "first draft".

BS, I have my religious beliefs that I believe in but I *DO NOT* believe in pushing them for political gain and or forcing them on others via the law, there is separation of church and state, you Republitards just don't get that.

I never turned my back on my country, unlike the Republitards that make mockery of constitution.

You're nothing, not even an American anymore. Au revoir, turncoat.

Doesn't your country have its own constitution for you to read? Why are you bothering us?

Read it again, smack! Read it again, smack!

Do right rightwingers promote general welfare or corporate welfare?
Oh, you mean corporate welfare like Obama giving a half-billion dollars to Solyndra.

Repeating the same lie isn't going to make it true *OBAMA* gave Solyndra nothing.

Shut up monkey, I am an Americans, I just don't want to move back to the current state of the country which you rightwing monkeys complain about yourselves nor are you monkeys willing to work with anyone to make it better

I posted a fact. When the Dems want something that's not authorized by the Constitution, they go ahead and do it anyway.

When Obamacare is thrown out by SCOTUS, will you claim you know more about the Constitution they they do?

Face it, derp: You're a leftist. That means you automatically back the wrong horse. Every time.
