Right-wing Rep. Paul Gosar complains there aren't enough white recruits in U.S. military

In a fundraising email titled “dismantling woke Marxist ideologies," right-wing GOP congressman Paul Gosar responded to a recent report showing that the number of white recruits in the military has dropped significantly, Vice News reported.

“The number of white recruits has plummeted,” Gosar wrote. “[It’s] a casualty of this cultural skirmish that has left our Army beleaguered and besieged by ‘woke’ ideologies.”

A recent investigation by Military.com found that there was a total of 44,042 new white Army recruits in 2018, but that number dropped consistently each year to a low of 25,070 in 2023.

In contrast, some white nationalists and neo-Nazis online celebrated Military.com’s findings, according to Vice's report.

“Reject the anti-white American Empire,” white nationalist publication VDARE declared in response to the report. Encourage your sons to stay far, far away from service to a nation that hates you… And guess what: It’s happening.”

“Young white men don’t want to fight for a regime that despises them,” far-right conspiracy theorist Paul Joseph Watson wrote on Telegram. “Who could have possibly anticipated this?”

Just listen to the excuses these right wing fools come up with.

Where are all the Patriots at?

Bibi has been concerned about that since October. They love killing white Americans.

The heart and soul of the US military combat arms has always been White Patriotic White Southerners and Midwesterners.

This filthy ass traitorous Potatohead is doing his Chinese handlers bidding and weakening the military from within by discouraging the most competent recruits.

Potatohead's military is made up of dumbass affirmative Negroes, unqualified women, queers, trannies and other woke scum. White Patriots need not apply.

Don't blame the White men from saying no thanks. Blame the shitheads that voted for Potatohead that fucked everything up. Queer Barry even warned the Moon Bats that Potatohead was a fuck up and now he has fucked up the once great US military.

Not at all. They're doing just fine.
OK....

Gen Z has certainly earned itself a reputation. At worst, they’re perceived as unmotivated, unskilled or a bit contentious. A survey from Resume Builder found that 3 in 4 managers find it difficult to work with Gen Z employees, the top reasons being a lack of motivation, focus and (interestingly) technological skills. At best, they’re seen as innovative, tech-savvy and socially conscious.

They’re disengaged. A Gallup survey found Gen Z is the most disengaged at work of any generation (54%) and does not feel a close connection to their coworkers, manager or employer. Moreover, they’re the most likely generation (alongside younger millennials) to experience high levels of stress (68%) and burnout (34%).
They’re exhausted. Similarly, Deloitte reports that 36% of Gen Z employees experience exhaustion or low energy at work. 35% say they’re mentally distanced from their job and harbor feelings of negativity or cynicism toward work. Possibly as a result, more than 4 out of 10 Gen Z employees say they struggle to perform to the best of their ability.
They’re willing to job hop. And if Gen Z is unhappy at their workplace, they don’t hesitate to quit (or “quiet quit”) and find something new. According to a survey from Bankrate, 78% of Gen Z employees say they will search for a new job in the coming year.

White men don't want to be in a military where you have to train in high heels and have tampons in the Men's Room

1) job hopping is not a bad thing at all. This is NOT any kind of a problem.
2) a worker is supposed to have a close connection to coworkers? That's a load of garbage. Has nothing to do with anything.
3) 78 percent looking for a new job is a positive. A worker should always be looking. Loyalty is no longer needed in the workforce.
4) nothing wrong with quitting a job if one is miserable. Nothing at all.

The problem with the military these days is that so-called minorities are in charge of everything, and they practice racism big-time. I had to deal with it in the 80s when I was stationed in Germany.
Then they announce this purge in 2021 to get rid of even more whites because the people running our military think that being born white means you're a racist and also a member of the KKK. They wanted to get rid of as many white males as possible. Being a patriot means being a Trump supporter which means you're automatically a threat.
So why would white people want to join anything where they already have 3 strikes against them just because of their skin color?

Just functioning in a workforce team environment.

You don't advance anywhere changing jobs all the time. Gen Z wonks expect an entry level position to be in the six figure range.

nothing wrong with quitting a job if one is miserable. Nothing at all.

Gee Mr Smith, your resume shows you've left fifteen jobs in the last seven years....

Whose backside did obama have his nose stuck in?
There was a video of Obama on you tube rambling on about why he didn't want any parts of being president some time after his name popped up. Long time ago, most likely pulled.
Well somebody changed his mind....probably Soros and a few others.

No, there is no longer loyalty or training or promotion paths in most companies. Its pure capitalism now on both sides. I am probably one of the last 'company men.'
