Not only is Maddow down 46% in the demo, but her 9 PM show is also down 19% in total viewers. Fellow primetime show All In With Chris Hayes and Last Word With Lawrence O’Donnell fell to their worst quarterly demo ratings since their respective 2013 and 2010 debuts. O’Donnell’s show also had its lowest total quarterly viewership results. And 7 PM’s Hardball With Chris Matthews had its lowest-rated quarter in the demo since 2Q 2005 with an average viewership of 126,000.

The first segment (which is something between 10 and 15 min.) was for Santorum to plead his case and tell us why he is such a good candidate.

The second segment was for him to explain why he said the various things he did.

Nope.....................Ms. Maddow did a great interview. Hopefully this one didn't scare off those who belong to the GOP.

But then again........................Rand Paul (who announced his candidacy on her show) was a full blown pussy. Hopefully Santorum is stronger than Paul and can at least be able to take some criticism.............

I don't think his answers were dumb, but the questions were biased both by content and omission. Highly partial interview. And you're wrong about Santorum being a lightweight. In 2012, he was the runner-up to Romney, beating out many other Republicans, and winning 11 primaries. He also is the ONLY presidential candidate to get an A rating from NumbersUSA. That's huge.

Santorum is a decent guy and would probably make an ok president but he's not gonna get the nomination (imo). He might make a good VP candidate though.

No one would vote for a candidate who has a sex act named after him.
