Authorities believe a total of seven individuals went to the trailer Sunday morning. The five charged with home invasion are 24-year-old William Lauramore, 24-year-old Joseph Albino, 20-year-old Zachary Bell, 19-year-old Christian Watkins, and 15-year-old Cayden Lauramore.

I have a trailer in the country that I go to on the week ends. I prefer to be there over my quarter of a million dollar condo and super prefer it to that monstracity of a house that my soon to be ex wife lives in. I would rather be dirt poor hangin with my dog than listening to her bullshit! I might even consider smoking a joint in the place if I did not think she would find a way to have me drug tested. I take zero chances for as long as I live in the same state as her. It reminds me of a song All my exes live in Texas. Pretty soon I will reside maybe in Tenesee!

Nothing better than a 12 ga. security shotgun. While they are over there... pew! pew! pew!...I start KABLAMM! KABLAMM! KABLAMM! shooting 90 "bullets" in a few seconds.

Wrong......an AR-15 in many ways is better than a 12 gauge since many people find a 12 gauge hard to shoot, especially small women...the AR-15 civilian rifle is nicely suited for urban home defense.....since it isn't likely to get so dirty that keeping it clean becomes a problem....

A 12 gauge can certainly be a good option, but if you're a small woman the AR-15 platform is far more ergonomic, and the recoil is so much less that they can handle them easily. The 12 gauge, not so much.

Depends. It is is attached to the ground, rendered immobile and the trailer owner also owns the real property it is one then it is considered real property and a domicile.

However if it is still rendered mobile and the owner doesn’t own the land, then it is considered chattel (personal property). However if it is in a mobile home park (zone for mobile homes) with an address most states consider it a domicile, hence a residence

Based on the results, the bad guys fled with three shot, one dead, and the victims had no casualties...you would be correct. The AR was CLEARLY the weapon for this engagement. Gun fights are about survival, not choosing which gun is best from your caddie.

Intimidating?
Seeing the 1" barrel of a shotgun pointing at you is sure to make anyone pee in their pants.
I have mine with three #1 buck in the magazine sitting within easy reach beside my bed. That will stop anything, even if I take a bad shot.
Course they first would have to get past this little girl which sleeps right at the foot of our bed...
