    Interesting, republicans never thought tax cuts needed to be paid for before.

    WASHINGTON – Republican congressional leaders stressed a willingness Wednesday to extend a Social Security payroll tax cut due to expire Dec. 31, setting up a year-end clash with Democrats over how to pay for a provision at the heart of President Obama's jobs program.
    "We just think we shouldn't be punishing job creators to pay for it," said Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell, scorning a Democratic proposal to raise taxes on million-dollar income earners.

    You refuse to cut spending for the logical reason that spending money we don't have is counter productive, so why not try getting spending cuts another way?

    lol they ask for the plan to be paid for when it would benefit the middle class, but never care when its for war or the million and billionaries who get a blank check.
