The reason why free college is important is because the country benefits from educated people. We NEED more educated people like doctors or scientists.

The problem? Once you give people goodies from the government, you can never stop giving those goodies out. They will revolt. Okay, so what would have happened if we never started in the first place? People would have found alternatives to their problems, and our financial situation would be well under control.

Democrats only care about themselves, not the country or people not born yet. So instead of trying to control the spending we already have, do the opposite and spend even more, because we've convinced most of America that money is free. Don't worry about it. It's not your problem.

Primary school children learn because they have to. They are children that are being overseen by their parents, teachers, and adults in general. Once they are a legal adult, they consider what their direction should be. Most people know if they are college material or not, so only the ones that are ready for such a challenge will make the investment in a higher education.

If college is at no cost, even people with no strong desire to succeed will attend. What the hell....I'll probably never pass, but you never know. It's free, so who cares?

Easy, because I don't want a central bank. Congress and the Treasury department can regulate the banks without a giant bureaucracy. I prefer the gov having less power, not more.The govt should do fewer things, much much better. It should be concentrated on the military and border. It should regulate (again much less regulation, but enforce those few ones much better) And people shouldn't be living off govt I think we should bring back the spoils system and remove the permanent bureaucracy.

When Obama "lent" the car companies $16 billion, he made them pay it back with interest. America made money. That was a loan. It wasn't "free sh!t"
