You haven't linked the USA study that showed W increasing his lead with disenfranchised black voters. Those are separate issues and if Black voters were disenfranchised it would more negatively affect democratic candidates since they receive over 90% of the Black vote.

It is difficult for republicans to win elections while the entire mainstream media is the willing propaganda arm of the democrat party and it would be even harder if democrats managed to secure the illegal alien vote. Racist democrats may have suggested that photo I.D.'s impact black voters but at face value the charge is racist and ludicrous. Towards that end not segregating Black Americans into poor, under resourced neighborhoods and then tying public education to property taxes and expanding sex education would be steps in the right direction. By the way teen pregnancy has been trending downwards.
