Repeal Federal RFRA

Show me the part of the Constitution that gives you the right to demand your employer subsidize your reproductive life and then we'll talk. Otherwise, try acting like an adult for once in your life and taking some personal responsibility for your own actions. I know that's a really hard concept for people today.

5th Amendment about not being deprived of rights without due process.

14th Amendment about equal protection under the law.

Men get Cialis and Viagra paid by employee insurance. Women's reproductive health needs to be covered by employee insurance, too.

It was without incident until RFRA.

And with your personalizing this...I was probably done with reproduction before you grew a single pubic hair, sonny.

I am in this for my daughters-in-law.

"Federal Religious Freedom act is the real problem"

Agreed, it needs to go.

It was enacted predicated on a complete misunderstanding of Employment Division v. Smith, an example of the type of bad laws which result from subjective emotionalism devoid of facts and sound legal reasoning, that one cannot use religious beliefs to ‘justify’ ignoring or violating a just and proper law.

What due process are you being denied?

Equal protection? Men are getting condoms for free? Where?

Cialis and viagra are paid for because sex is essential to prevent prostate cancer. Those drugs have ZERO effect on reproducing.

OIC.

Reproductive health for men is to be covered by insurance.

Reproductive health for lesbians is paid at 100%

But because hetero women do not squeeze a Viagra pill between their knees, they can pay for their own dang reproductive health. Pay extra, hetero woman!

Do you even read what you write, Westwall, before clicking "post reply"?

You have no right to birth control paid for by your employer so your argument is invalid.

.

Cialias and Viagra are not birth control. They treat a dysfunctional medical condition, so your argument is invalid.

It was without incident until RFRA.

Nor was it of incident afterwards. You cite Hobby Lobby, but they in fact cover 16 kinds of birth control, so your argument is invalid.

You're in this because people like you aren't satisfied unless you're bitching, pissing, or whining about something every single day because you somehow believe you're entitled to have what ever you think you deserve in your delusional mind. Please explain to me what the fuck your employer of all people has to do with your reproductive cycle. Your employer, for God's sake.

You folks scream about the government and your employers staying out of your sex lives, while at the same time demanding they pay for it. You're all mental cases.

You really have no case. Hobby Lobby PROVIDES, and had always PROVIDED, birth control for their employee's. What they refused to provide was the abortion pill. So, if you were an employee you received birth control of your choice. What you are complaining about is those women who refused to take birth control, got pregnant and in the eyes of Hobby lobby now wanted to kill the foetus which went against every principle that Hobby Lobby holds dear.

The facts are not on your side.

Nah...repeal Title II of the Civil Rights Act instead. Let's have us a Yelp free for all. Let the bigots advertise their bigotry and let the public respond. (All those southern queers and Muslims can grow their own food and make their own shit...fuck 'em)
