So,

why is it that I have received at least 5 Neg Reps from the same person this month, yet every single time I try and rep him back it says I have to spread some around first?

How can he neg me over and over and I can not neg him back?

You want to know how to neg rep this person?

Pos rep everyone on this thread thus far, and you'll be able to neg them back.

Me? I like to pos rep at least 5 to 10 people before throwing a neg rep.

But..................I usually only neg those that have negged me first, and I throw some really nasty comments to go along with the neg, after leading off with "neg rep returned".

The first 5 months or so that I posted here I never negged, mostly because the same group of old timer liberal members negged me daily and I was in the negative.

It used to be a cardinal sin to whine about negs., now it's considered funny and informative..
