Should Trump come out and openly state that since his tax proposals lower taxes mostly for the 1% elites, that ALL loopholes will ALSO be closed?

After all, Trump legally (not necessarily ethically) has avoided taxation for at least a decade, and surely he is NOT the only billionaire to do so......

trump should impose a "transaction tax" on all stock, bond, and option transactions to raise revenue and hammer high frequency traders, that do not help the economy and only steal our 401k money.
