Because it was unsubstantiated more than likely. If all of this turns out to be false, this man's career is over and this is not something that he will ever be able to recover from. Further, this woman will have made it much harder for actual victims. She will have done great damage to her own daughter. Should that daughter ever encounter an actual sexual assault it may not be believed. That's why I said wait.

Child Protective Services released the kid back to him, according to him. Which is probably true because the agency cannot release any information and that is whom would be called should those allegations arise. So, it was found by that agency to be unsubstantiated.
