What is the difference between the first green number and the second black on in the ratings.

It looks like agrees and likes are both lumped together in the green.

I've turned trophy notifications off- mostly because I don't give a flying fuck.
I've also turned alerts for liked posts off. This is because I don't care who likes my post or otherwise. A truthfully expressed opinion is more important than who it pleases or upsets.
