What medical fact?
This doctor wants to know.
Some "Doctor" you must be...

NIH study indicates stress may delay women getting pregnant, August 11, 2010 News Release - National Institutes of Health (NIH)
I have more evidence, you have only an empty claim to authority by stating you are a "doctor", a logical fallacy.
The onus is now on you. Please do not try another red herring argument, nobody has said that it is impossible to get pregnant from rape, only that it is extremely rare, to which there are physiological reasons.
Stress is proven to inhibit pregnacy. Forcible rape is tremendously stressful, thus very likely to inhibit pregnancy. Its not rocket science, though it is something anyone with a basic understanding of medicine should be able to grasp.
Mr. Akin's statement was not false, though it was lacking articulation.
Rape, including non-violent rapes, account for less than 1% of all abortions.

The bottom line is this:
This clearly orchestrated event is faux news method of dividing the pro-life majority.
They are ensuring that baby-haters control the senate, just as they have ensured that baby-haters control the presidency.
Game, set, match
Very true. You have no medical evidence, you have only presented a "political statement".
I have provided 3 examples of scientific evidence that Mr. Akin's words, in proper articulation, were medically accurate. You have provided zero, zilch, nada to the contrary. Just a political statement with no evidence. This clearly indicates that you have no actual evidence, which must be why you are resorting to ad-hominisms.
I have also provided plain logical explaination to the evidence presented. You have provided only logical fallacies. Again, you lose.
Indeed, you have been pwned, game over.
