Actually, I would say racism in modern America is the following
-if you are white and conservative, you cannot even notice or mention race; if you do, you are racist
-if you are white and liberal, or jewish, or nonwhite, you can mention race, but only in the context of, we are living in a multiracial utopia, black people must be given special privileges, we must have infinite immigration, etc.; if you disagree with any of this, you too are a racist
