Democratic.

Large Protests like this in The Soviet Union would be put down with live bullets and thousands of people arrested and put to death.

Can you imagine a protest like this when Stalin was running things?

Putin even released a statement saying that Russia has no issues with Legal Protests and it is part of Democracy.

They are only concerned about illegal protests and violence and protecting Russian Citizens from violence.
