Yes, I am incredibly privy to the situation on the ground and have multiple contacts in Russia and Eastern Ukraine. Khodakovsky is in a feud with Strelkov and others(according to the Retuers interview, they don't see eye to eye at all), so it would make sense for him to discredit Strelkov to gain more power for himself within the ranks.

But his statement is hearsay and wouldn't hold up in a court of law without verifiable intelligence to back it up. He claimed he was told by another person a BUK came under Luhansk People's Republic, but he never says he saw them himself.
