Allegedly a common practice of passing bribes or campaign donations covertly, is to hire the individual to work at whatever company, pay the bribe/donation as salary, and then call the term of employment a short, temporary contract. The recipient of the bribe then leaves the company with their funny money disguised as earnings and bonuses, stock and profit sharing percentages. Perfectly legal and unprovable in any court. The only drawback, taxes owed.

Well, looking at the larger picture including Wall Street, the leading 'academics', the Establishment on both sides of the aisle, and their constant gushing over how wonderful Red China is and all the other shit hole countries they park their capital equipment in, all export driven slave labor countries with no human rights whatsoever, no interference by the peasants in any govt. function, etc., and in any issue of Foreign Affairs and their other mouthpieces the last four decades, this claim is not only believable as a story but probably true; the scum have done far worse, and under Obama's admin, too, so there is little reason to doubt it at this point.

If the United States military was a third political party, our President would have been their candidate.
