#2) The EU / U.S. oil sanctions against Russia have failed big time. Several European NATO countries have now jumped ship and are lining up to buy Russian oil and LNG products.

#3) Thanks to the useless banking and financial sanctions imposed by the Biden administration. The Ruble is now globally the top currency, and the Russian economy is stronger than its ever been.

#4) Turkey's president Erdogan said he is voting "No" to allow Finland and Sweden to join NATO as full members. Representatives from Finland and Sweden wanted to travel to Turkey to make their case, but Pres. Erdogan told them not to come because it would be a waste of time.

The once lauded Javelin anti-tank missile has turned out to largely ineffective except against lightly armored support vehicles and supply trucks.
Same with the supposedly cutting edge Switchblade drone, which was an abject failure and proved unable to hit its target let alone destroy it.
The U.S. made Stinger missile did knock down low slow flying helicopters at the start of the conflict, so the Russians quit flying them. But didn't have the ability to hit fast moving jet fighters.

While the Russian army will eventually win because of sheer weight of numbers and their ruthless slaughtering of innocent civilians, they have basically proved themselves an inept and ineffective military. They obviously don't want NATO extended because they would lose if they took them on now. The US armament sent over was much more effective than you give it credit for. In addition, what makes you think the US sent over it's best weapons? Always supply other countries with older generation weapons to use up your supply so you can replace it with more modern counterparts.

Wow. You have either spent too much time with your hookah filled with hashish or simply bought into the propaganda. I know of no current military expert in the world, other than Russian propagandists that would claim they are a modern fighting force using modern tactics. The little army of a much smaller country has made the Russians look like an army of poorly trained monkeys.

The U.S. and NATO military has been fighting against stone age desert dwelling illiterate farmers equipped only with AK-47's and old school RPG's for the last several decades.
Thus, the western armies would be at a disadvantage in a conflict against a modern army like Russia's that uses modern battlefield equipment and tactics.
