Protesters in Wisconsin cause $7.5 million in damage to State House

The Protest Organizers should pay all damages, that or the Union Pension Fund.

Well wait a minute here, where is your proof they were union members, or for that matter from what Union, and where did any Union tell them to post signs in the capital? I assume you have the proof of your allegations, correct? Why don't I send you the bill?

You are a joke. Who's Circus is this, and why are you posting and not there, Clown??? Take some responsibility. I bet your idea of a shower is standing outside with a bar of soap, waiting for rain. ;) Proof??? I'm sure there is plenty of footage. Partisan Hack.

The State is in a budget crisis and they are worried about tape stains on some rock?

And they don't even know who did the damage with thousands of people milling around and no witnesses. Stupid asses should have sold the building to pay their debts, just like a lot of other states have done.

Damn radicals. They don't know you should sit down and shut up just like these brave souls?

Yeah no kidding. They actuallly haven't been violent and I wouldn't put it pass the tea party to drop 41 bullets on the ground and blaming it on the Democrats. Thats what they do.

But whats funny. Not more than 3 months ago, they screamed that 250,000 was not alot of money. Now these retards are say 51K a year is too much and the gravy train must stop. Boy these wackos sure make my head spin with their half-truths and spotty arguments.

Why don't you try being honest about the total cost per year including Every Benefit and perk. You lie constantly trying to hide the real cost. How about you grow the balls to be honest. Real numbers. Stop with the Bullshit and trying to hide the truth. Include the Pension Payouts.

So you're saying the Department of Administration are a bunch of liars?.....:eusa_whistle:

Goo gone removes the adhesive. Discoloration of the stone is another matter- one googone might make worse. I'm no chemist, so I'm not sure, I wouldn't be surprised if industrial solvents made this sort of thing worse instead of better.

Just call 1-800-SERVPRO those guys are pretty darn good. They should be able to make it like it never even happened.

Of course this is going to be a government clean-up job. So they will have to put it up for bid. Then will have to award it to a union company that donated to the proper campaign. Then the EPA would not allow the use of cleaning solvents so the marble would have to be replaced. Now they will have to get another bid to replace all the marble. Again they will have to award it to a union company that donated to the proper campaign. Pay for teamsters transport & disposal fees. The union workers are pissed so they will operate in work slowdown mode. Yeah - I can see how it will probably wind up costing $7 million.

Or they could hire a Corporate company, who would hire non-union "illegal aliens" to do the work, because everyone knows American workers are lazy (Y)'s, and then they charge $7 Million knowing it's a Government contract, and pocket all of the money except for the $5,000 they paid out to the illegal aliens for a job well done.

They also claimed getting 50,000 or so people on the mall for an event planned months in advance is Earth-shaking and the voice of the people, but tens of thousands in Wisconsin is just a small group of radicals.

We did the CEOs & they were so far ahead of other workers, there wasn't much sense in looking at poor Union members. I wish I got a limo & jet & million dollar bonuses. You see, you really have no gripe here.:lol: And YES, you are paying for it, everytime you buy something. And another thing, why are you so hot to run Capitalism out of America? Sounds like you are going Socialist on us.

Well, there maybe some cost overrides, as the tile will need testing to insure there are no asbestos particulates that may go airborne. The procedure of steaming can break tiles, so there will be some additional tile shipments from Italy, color matching. The Masta Builder over seeing tile laying, will need a limo, two Capital parking spaces, two rooms at the Hilton, a printing press, and two maid servants in blue dresses, and a case rum soaked cigars:eusa_angel:.

no, they don't

"The Wisconsin Retirement System and deferred compensation are two completely separate things. Full-time state- and local-government employees are participants in the Wisconsin Retirement System, which uses taxpayer money to fund both the state (around 5 percent of salary) and employee (another 5 percent) contributions to their pensions.

On top of that, if they choose, state employees can participate in the deferred-comp plan, where they decide how much of their money to set aside, pre-tax, and a portion is matched by the state. That is in addition to their traditional pension contribution.

All this can be found in Chapter 40 of the Wisconsin State Statutes, which clearly demarcates each program in separate subchapters.

How horrible. People working for the government having a wage and benefits? Unheard of.
