I could only name two and they are both on your list. Probably not that common and most of them are probably comedy like movies, such as Pretty Woman (romantic comedy) and Trading Places (comedy).

Who would want to watch a dark brooding movie about this subject matter anyways? I feel sorry for these women, nobody says that's what they want to be when they grow up, and it's extremely dangerous.

I used to be a Security guard in the middle of a illegal red light district. I found that good looking Prostitutes were all undercover cops. Good looking women make more money stripping that prostituting.

Yeah not too many guys are going to throw money at an unattractive broad..But when it comes to the down and dirty they figure it's okay since they are willing..
