The uniqueness of Islaam is that its final teacher’s teachings were not limited to the walls of the mosques unlike other “faiths”.

Once the messenger of Allaah (may peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was passing by a pile of food that was for sale.
He put his hand in it and felt dampness
, so he asked (the shopkeeper), “what is this, O seller of the food
He replied,
“It was rained on, O messenger of Allaah (may peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).”
The messenger of Allaah (may peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) replied, “Why don’t you put it on top, so that people (customers) can see it?” Whoever deceives (people/customers) is not one of us!)”

Collected by Imaam Muslim, Volume 1, Hadeeth number 99.

We see today people whose job is just to look after these kinds of frauds happening in the markets, but they’re not able to do it because of the lack of sincerity towards their job. The point to be noted here is that, the messenger of Allaah (may peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was so much socially active in markets and he used to check the shops and products in the market so that shopkeepers cannot make fool of the customers.
This turns our perception of the messenger of Allaah whom we think about was a Prophet in the mosque, actually was a Prophet, a social activist, a psychologist, a revivalist, a revolutionary figure, an ideal example for all of us to follow.

Yea! Muhammad was really neighbourly.

33.60 Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City, desist not, We shall certainly stir thee up against them: Then will they not be able to stay in it as thy neighbours for any length of time:

Islam is the only faith with mosques. How on earth can you possibly claim it's unlike other faiths that the teachings were "not limited to the walls of the mosque"?

Not only that, there are few if any faiths that are limited to the walls of the building that they are preached in. Name one other religion where teachings are limited.

Muhammads true nature is revealed in sura 111 in which he condemns his own uncle and aunt to death, and to burning in hell, because they did not believe in him. The following is the text and commentary by Yusuf Ali.

sura 111, know as, (the plaited rope) or Al Lahab (the flame)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

111.1. Perish the hands of the Father of Flame! Perish he!

111.2. No profit to him from all his wealth, and all his gains!

111.3. Burnt soon will he be in a fire of blazing flame!

Comment: Abu Lahab, "Father of Flame", was the nick-name of an uncle of the holy Prophet, from his fiery hot temper and his ruddy complexion. He was one of the most inveterate enemies of early Islam. When the holy Prophet called together the Quraish and his own kith and kin to come and listen to his preaching and his warning against the sins of his people, the "Father of Flame" flared up and cursed the holy Prophet, saying "Perdition to thee!" According to the English saying, "the causeless curse will not come". His words were futile, but his power and strength were equally futile. The star of Islam rose higher and higher every day, and its persecuters dwindled in strength and power. Many of the leaders of persecution perished at Badr, and Abu Lahab himself perished a week after Badr, consumed with grief and his own fiery passions. Verse 3 was prophetic of his end in this very life, though it also refers to the Hereafter.

111.4. His wife shall carry the (crackling) wood - As fuel!-

111.5. A twisted rope of palm-leaf fibre around her (own) neck!

Comment: Abu Lahab's wife was a woman of equally passionate spite and cruelty against the sacred person of the holy Prophet. She used to tie bundles of thorns with ropes of twisted palm-leaf fibre and carry them and strew them about on dark nights in the paths which the Prophet was expected to take, in order to cause him bodily injury. "To carry firewood" may also be symbolical for carrying tales between people to embroil them. This was also one of her vices. But she was laying up for herself another kind of Fire and another kind of Rope, the Fire of Punishment, and the Rope of Slavery to Evil. Thus does Evil prepare its own fate. This is the general lesson of sustained craft and cruel wrong-doing recoiling on the wrong-doer's head. See also Introduction to this Sura.

^off topic. That post has nothing to do with the OP Ancient Lion provided for us.

Yea! maybe, I was just pointing out the true nature of Muhammad, as he condemns his own aunt and uncle to hell for not believing in him. In a book which is supposed to be the last message from God to all mankind.

You have not converted to Islam yet have you? Either way please read my thread.
"Allah is dead". Because I have proved the quran says the sun orbits the earth, and if it says that it proves it is not a message from God.

You would not want to knowingly follow a false prophet, would you?

This is the Profit Muhammad, and a filthy beast he was.

Trolling for criticism of Islam?

Here's one for you (the question Sunni and others always avoid):

In Islam, Jesus is regarded as a prophet. To be a prophet, one must always be correct concerning the sacred. The father of Islam is Abraham. How could Jesus say, "Before Abraham was, I am."?

Muslims believe the Bible is corrupted. They are right of course because it has been transliterated in ways that changed the meaning ofthe original script. The Vulgate was translated from the original documents (several langauges) into Latin. The Vulgate was then transliterated into Old English to modify the meanings to be more in tune to the royal leadership of the times. The Old English text was then transliterated into The King James and modified again. The more modern versions are changed everytime they are edited.

How many Christians follow the gospels and disregard the Acts? The gospels are "the words and acts of Jesus Christ while the Acts are notes by the apostles to converts. Some say that the Acts are "inspired writings" but if you read them you can see that they are not always "inspired" by the same spirit. Most Christians are Paulists or other forms of "bastardized" Christianity and rarely do they actually follow the writings attributed to Christ. Jesus taught love and acceptance and most "Christians teach that their way (the way of their form of Christianity ) is the only way to heaven. Jesus said their are many houses in heaven.

Islam is even less tollerant saying that it is better to kill the non-believers than to allow them to live as "infidels". Islam also says it is OK to keep the women of the ones killed as slaves. It is also alright to have sex with your slaves.

What strikes me the most about Islam? How sexually repressed they seem. And how that seems to drive Islam. Male dominance, foremost. Based on a religion that has itself has no more relevance than the tooth fairy. And these guys shoot fourteen year old girls in the face. It’s Allah’s will or something like that. They plant IED's and kill innocent people. They crash planes into buildings and demand women hide themselves in a burkas. Islam is so sexually repressed I think it’s their major flaw.

Because one Taliban shot a girl it's all these guys huh? No it isn't sexually repressed, whatever the means, the problem is people like you are too sexually obsessive, you can't view things from your standards just as I can't go to a native island with tribals and claim that they are repressed but don't know it. People don't see all things the way you see them. IEDs are meant to target combat vehicles, it's unfortunate they kill civilians and is a tragedy. But you haven't mentioned anything about Muslims that would make them the way you try to make them seem. That's because you are looking for excuses to bash muslims by looking at what the Taliban does. A militant group. That's a pretty sad excuse you have.

You didn’t think that out well. Or perhaps you are being sarcastic? I hope so . The Muslims need for total control, sexually or otherwise, is what lead to 9/11. Don’t argue otherwise. Or you have insight the rest of us lack?

Was this before, or after, he had them killed for being in the wrong place?
