Had I known how well I would do I would have negotiated better in the beginning. But now their never going to give me a big chunk of that $30k. Right?

As a business owner i pay very well for the right help, but that help is exceedingly rare. Most people are just happy to show up and I think that's good enough for good wages obviously it is not.
