I'm in Santa Monica and the vast majority of homeless and I safely say 90% are white...spoke to many throughout the years hardly any are from the state...they all say one thing cant beat the weather.California and other blue areas are trying to help. Red areas produces most of them and abandon them...they come here foe shelter and food.Another post about California lol.... millionth one I've seen.

3. They didnt find a handing help in red areas.
