Well questioning the legitimacy or the right of Israel to exist as a state isnt inciting genocide. Israel is a state(government, boarders, etc not a living entity). If he said something like "Death to the Israeli people" that would be inciting genocide. At best his comments are poorly articulated/ambiguous/stupid and at worst hed be calling for genocide. Big difference there though.

it is freedom of speech....unless pino was there as a rep of the university he has ever right to say what he said....

it is pretty hard to argue that death to israel does not mean death to the people of israel...when it does...

It is freedom of speech, but when you have as public a position as a University professor does, it may not have been the wisest thing to say. I doubt it's something he can be fired for saying (if he was there as a spectator, if he was there as a school representative it might be) but it is the sort of thing that often sets the bosses looking for something to fire you for.

Do you not understand the Constitutional protection for free speech?

    The man should be fired.

It gives you a hint about the left wing pro-jihad education kids get in college these days. No wonder the OWS socialist fools can't get a job.
