Presidential Race is a foregone conclusion...how's Congress looking?

BS. He is 38/55

Which is about same as when Trump was when he was leaving office (thats without considering where he would be if criminally convicted)

Presidential approval is no longer a measure of a presidential performance.
It is now a knee jerk, partisan assessment based on I hate the other guy. There is only a small range of approval in the 40-50 percent range.
Even after Obama killed Bin Laden, you would think his approval numbers would shoot way up. They only went up a few points

yeah, but these same polls said it was going to be forty seats in 2022, and they only picked up 9 despite all the gerrymandering and voter suppression efforts.

You guys have been predicting a recession for three years... and instead we have record stock market closes and record low unemployment.
We had a recession until Biden changed the definition, dumbass.

I'm taking notes and saving this thread for November when Trump, yet again, fails OP.

So far it looks like Trump is calling the furniture movers so he can move back into the White House. (He has spent nothing and walked away with double digit wins) Melania still hates the color of the place and thinks it's too small but that the garden looks nice.

So....
The big question is the Congressional Races. It's still way too early to tell but at this stage it looks like Democrats are losing EVERYWHERE.

He has gotten just over 50% in two states. That is not an overwhelming vote of approval. Trump is only getting Republican votes. He can't win with that. In Iowa, just under 50% of Republicans said they would not support Trump.

Why would he get democrat votes in a Republican primary? He won New Hampshire 55% - 43%

It's not always about percentages....you are correct on that point.

What it IS about is enthusiasm and urgency. Biden doesn't have any of that. Trump got more votes in NH than any candidate ever did previously in NH that did go on to win the Presidency. AND Trump spent so little time or money campaigning in New Hampshire...at least ¼ of any other candidate but got record setting numbers.

Joe's numbers looked absolutely pathetic next to his. He somehow even "forgot" to get himself put on the ballot in New Hampshire....like they don't even rate for his consideration to bother to have his people show up with paperwork.

Enthusiasm that translates into active support....that's the formula for success. Positive change as if they are doing something to save America....again another formula for success. This time it's not a pity for a neglected unheard of minority....it's a majority of people wanting protection from their government. The very thing that Democrats campaigned upon at Colleges in the 60's and 70's with all the hippies at college campuses.

But a lot depends upon congress.

Just watching to see what unfolds.
