Carter is right. I know people, people that I care about, that hate Obama and I am sure race is playing a big part of it. Sometimes Carter goes overboard on issues, but he is just saying what a lot of people are thinking. There are still people out there who are indignant that a "Black Man" is leading a predominately white country.

The White House denies Carter's claim. I should have read the article earlier. Carter is making a false claim all together. The opposition to the health Care plan is not because of race. Ohh I am sure there is a percentage of people that hate him for his race and will oppose anything he wants to do because of it, but it is a small minority. The Republican Party and the people of this Country oppose the plan because it is a BAD plan.

This is nothing more then an effort by democrats, already been tried here by the way, to distract and maybe get some white guilt going. That does not work on Moderates and Conservatives, that shit only flies with you dumb ass liberal turds that think cause we had slavery at one time we all owe blacks some special treatment.

Obama, America's first black president, was steering clear of the issue, weeks after he injected himself into a debate about race in Massachusetts after black Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates was arrested at his own home on suspicion of breaking into it.

The Harvard Professor was not arrested for suspicion of breaking into his own home. He was not arrested for breaking and entering, burglary or any other form of crime involving a criminal act to rob or gain entry into his own home. He was arrested for disorderly conduct. This is so well known a fact I wonder who wrote this ignorant pap and why an editor did not catch it, both should be fired for incompetence.

The chart was clearly labeled as Mortgage Rates and above the chart I wrote that INTEREST rates had peaked during Reagan rather than Carter. I put a SPACE between the end of my rebuttal of the false claim that UE was 22% during Carter and the start of my rebuttal of the claim that interest rates were 21% which I illustrated with the graph.

So basically you called me a liar and neg repped me because you are toooooo STUPID to read for comprehension. BRILLIANT
