Thank you both. It's really bad. We've been to the hospital multiple times today. The spent last night operating on his head trauma and trying to stabilize his blood pressure. They succeeded which is a miracle. But his lungs and breathing aren't stabilized. We have no idea what extent his brain might be damaged. And he broke countless bones from the hips up.

I know God can do miracles but I've been feeling like this may be his time. I'm praying whatever happens the family will be at peace and if the worst happens it is after midnight so my sister in law doesn't loose her father on her birthday.

I randomly opened up the Book of Mormon today and came upon the following verse today:

"The soul shall be restored to the body, and the body to the soul; yea, and every limb and joint shall be restored to its body; yea, even a hair of the head shall not be lost; but all things shall be restored to their proper and perfect frame." (Alma 40:23)

I don't know if it will be in this life or not but I know He will be restored to perfect health. I'm very grateful to know of the reality of the atonement and resurrection of Christ. Please keep praying for the family.

Yesterday morning most of our church family met for a prayer meeting - before Sunday School - and we lifted you and your loved ones up on prayer, Avatar. It was a powerful meeting. A woman and her son who have joined our church had a testimony to share - her son had been in an awful accident and was in a wheel chair with parts of his body he could not move - she kept praying for him - God did a miracle - he was healed - he is walking fine and he was standing right next to her at the prayer meeting. I am believing for a major miracle here and ask for the Lord to bless you with peace, comfort and great faith. With God all things are possible. Prayer moves the hand of God.

Whether He lives or not, we trust that the Lord will watch over us all and that it will be according to the Lord's will.

I have another testimony for you - our church was told about a young man who had 4th degree burns on half of his body below waist from an accident in which his car caught on fire. He was trapped inside until rescuers arrived. They didn't believe he would make it through the night. We kept praying in the name of Jesus Christ. After 1st week, he was diagnosed with many complications, but still alive. 2 weeks past, then 3 and the doctors said they would have to amputate his legs - still it was below the knee so he will be able to walk again with prosythetic legs and we continued to pray for the young man as he remained in a coma - 5 weeks later -he opened his eyes and woke up. Then he began watching those who came in to visit him, now he is beginning to try to speak. When I pray I always believe God's answers are yea and amen. Jesus Christ is God. Jesus said if we abide in him and his word abides in us we can ask whatever we will and he shall do it. God's answers are yea and amen to those who abide in Him.

The effectual fervent prayers of a righteous man availeth much. - James 5:16

We can only obtain our righteousness through Jesus Christ because he is God. Apart from acknowledging Jesus is God and receiving His righteousness we can receive nothing, for our righteousness is as filthy rags.


Oh, the young man I told you about is in physical therapy now and he is expected to live a very long, healthy life. To God be all the glory.

20 And the anger of the Lord was hot against Israel; and he said, Because that this people hath transgressed my covenant which I commanded their fathers, and have not hearkened unto my voice;

21 I also will not henceforth drive out any from before them of the nations which Joshua left when he died:

22 That through them I may prove Israel, whether they will keep the way of theLord to walk therein, as their fathers did keep it, or not.

23 Therefore the Lord left those nations, without driving them out hastily; neither delivered he them into the hand of Joshua.
