My husband calls it "good ol' potato soup"! Potato Chowder 1 lb. thinly-sliced potatoes (about 4) 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1/4 cup water *Combine and simmer until tender 3 Tbsp butter 1/2 cup chopped onions *In large saucepan, saute until onions are translucent. *Add 2-3 Tbsp flour, and mix well *Gradually add 3 1/4 cups hot milk, a little at a time, until smooth. *Add 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp pepper *Bring to a boil. Stir and boil until thickened, about 5 min. *Add veggies. ENJOY!
