Anyway, about tomorrow, All the Dem Congresscritters were watching this and thinking of their tomorrow.
What they saw was that 0bamacare is a deal killer with the electorate.
Obama is useless in helping motivate the voters, and may even be a drag.
The voters are pissed, and will show up in huge numbers in disgusting weather to demonstrate their displeasure.

I hate to burst your bubble here, but Pelosi and Reid will think no such thing. They have been working on their spin for the past week and we'll start hearing the first part of it tomorrow morning when the talking heads and Democrat blockers hit the airways.

Mr. Obama may wake up and juke to the middle, but with the tone deaf people he has surrounded himself with, it is likely he'll be sending out his A-team on Sunday with the talking points on how the republicans are just obstructionists.

And the bribes will continue as before.

These guys like it back there. They have bored themsleves into the woodwork and are like barnacles for staying power. The Senator from Oregon has been in DC continuously since 1974. When the had starts writing on the wall, the pay attention and learn their lessons so they can stay stuck on the bottom of the ship of state and not get scraped off.

Nancy can fantasize, but she probably just lost 30 votes for the bill, maybe more tonight. And she had no margin to play with.
And that Senate bill would no more pass the house than I could pass a camel.

And they can bid and offer and beg, but the price of a bribe just went way up.

Observations:

1. Least important, but worth noting: Ms. Coakley's concession speech cast her in a pretty decent light, imho. I'm real happy she lost, but she seemed like a nice woman.

2. Much MORE important and WELL worth noting: I am SO very pleased that I was right in observing the other day that President Obama's efforts to stump for Ms. Coakley would demonstrate that he is lacking in juice. It is now re-confirmed. He couldn't help Gov. Corsine in NJ. He couldn't help Deeds in Va. He couldn't help Martha in Massachusetts. President Obama has little teeny tiny coattails.

3. The Health Care crap bill is in dire trouble, obviously. If the Dim "leadership" tries to compel the Dim Congresscritters to cram it through despite the spanking the Dims just took, those same Dim Congresscritters might be kissing their political careers goodbye. It is therefore an odds on bet that the morally impaired self-serving Dims will now fold. And that is worth hoping for.

A very good night for America.
