But this doesn't happen in other predominantly white, European nations, or in Canada, Australia or New Zealand. What all of these countries have in common is government funded, universal, health care.

Flood the nation with drugs, then encourage their use by legalization.

Countries where drugs have been legalized have a lower rate of drug addiction and drug use. Countries like Amsterdam where weed is legal, many of the nationals don't even smoke it. Its only the tourist who come from counties where it is banned who smoke it.

Legalizing drugs would also make drug addicts more comfortable and open to sg aeeking treatment.

Throwing a drug addict in jail does nothing to help them.

Most drug addicts are thrown in jail if they are dealing, not for using.
