Police officer who shot black man in Walmart lied, victim's mother says

Customers said he pointed the gun at people.
Correction: One customer made that unsubstantiated claim. The video proves he was lying.

Actually the video proves no such thing, since there are several minutes when the kid is not on video.

Which means the video (that you see on the screen) doesnt show him pointing it at people.

Are we ignoring the video again and choosing to go with what couldve happened that we cannot see?
Does the video show his entire visit at Walmart?

No, there are several minutes after he picked up the gun where he was not seen on video at all.

Carelessness on all parties there. Why would you pick up something that clearly looks like a weapon and wave it around at all. Why did the caller say he was pointing it at people?
Why did the cops shoot him if he threw his gun down already?

Stupidity all around.

I certainly seen the gun IN his hands when the cop shot him.He hadn't thrown it down.
VS he threw it down when he was crawling away before the final double tap. We have been through this months ago. The OP should go back to the original thread.
