I love the Kinks, the Davies brothers are amongst my favorite songwriters. One of my all time favorite songs is Death Of A Clown by Dave. The Kinks were a big influence on the British Beat and Pop scene, especially in their first years. There was no song like You Really Got Me before, even the Beatles and the Stones were impressed way back then.
