It would be interesting to hear the rationale for holding such a conference.

To this privileged white man, it seems like a systematic campaign to give people an excuse for their failure in life.

While they are focusing on "white privilege," and fretting about the advantages that "people of color" do not (supposedly) have, there are millions of People of Color who are kicking ass in the real world, and more power to them.

It is like a convention of baseball players who wear glasses, discussing why people with 20/20 vision have an unfair advantage.
