'Arguable case' government committed contempt over Brexit legal advice

It just gets worse for these lying bastards. There is only one reason they wont release this information. Taking back control my arse.

There is an "arguable case" the government committed contempt of parliament after it failed to publish legal advice about the Brexit deal in full, Speaker John Bercow says.

A debate and vote will take place on the matter as soon as the Commons sits on Tuesday.

Repercussions from an MP being found in contempt can include them being suspended or expelled from parliament.

Earlier, six political parties, including Labour and minority government partners the DUP, teamed up to fight the Conservatives' decision only to publish a summary of the legal advice.

Three defeats for May in Commons Brexit fight

And decide they have,

Theresa May has suffered three Brexit defeats in the Commons as she set out to sell her EU deal to sceptical MPs.

Ministers will be forced to publish the government's full legal advice on the deal after MPs found them in contempt of Parliament for issuing a summary.

And MPs backed a motion giving the Commons a direct say in what happens if her deal is rejected next Tuesday.

Her ability to manufacture some shitty fix has disappeared.A government that cant govern should just fuck off.

And now we can see why the lying bastards wanted to keep it quiet. In normal times there would be resignations.

Brexit advice warns of border 'stalemate'
Theresa May's Brexit backstop plan risks a "stalemate" and "protracted rounds of negotiations" with the EU, the full legal advice on her deal says.

Newly published documents show the PM was told an arrangement designed to prevent a hard Irish border could last "indefinitely" and the UK could not "lawfully exit" without EU agreement.

The Democratic Unionists said this would be "devastating" for the UK.
