Personal e-mails show Hillary, on the day/night of the Benghazi, informed an Egyptian Ambassador she KNEW the attack in Benghazi was a terrorist attack, that the video had NOTHING to do with it and that she told her own daughter the same story...the next morning she lied to the world, declaring the attack to have been a protest that went out of control.
- Her State Dept Lead in Tripoli testified at no time did he ever mention a 'protest', that he contacted the State Department AND HILLARY within an hour of the attack beginning and told her it was a TERRORIST ATTACK
- At no time did the CIA mention a protest. They stated there was NEVER any sign of or an actual protest.
- At no time did the FBI mention a protest until after the attack. At that point they reported there was NEVER any sign of a protest, that this was a terrorist attack from the start
- The Libyan people there in Benghazi stated this was a terrorist attack from outside Al Qaeida/terrorist forces, that they liked Stevens and disapproved of the killing
- Eye-witnesses on the ground in Benghazi testified there was never a protest, that this was a terrorist attack from the beginning.
- Eye-witness survivors, who were rescued by Ex-Qadaffi military officers, reported this was a terrorist attack...
YET somewhere - like out of her arse - Hillary came up with the 'protest story' and reported it to the world. Not long later, according to SEVERAL couples, grieving family members of those murdered in Benghazi, reported that while their loved ones were being off-loaded from a military cargo plane in flag-draped coffins Hillary Clinton LIED to them by telling them they had died due to a protest that went bad over a video and promised to arrest the film maker.
Despite all of her experts, team leaders, FBI, and CIA telling her it was a terrorist attack and after even admitting to the Egyptian Ambassador and her daughter this had been a terrorist attack, Hillary lied before Congress when she declared 'I have no idea if this was a protest or just a bunch of guys out for a walk one night who decided to kill a bunch of Americans'. Mindful of NOT using the 'T' word (Terrorist - the same word the WH and State Departments scrubbed from the CIA's initial report before releasing it), Hillary proposed every possible response except what really happened...the one she admitted to the Egyptian Ambassador and her daughter.
The State Department was HER's to run.
Stevens was HER Employee, and she was responsible for his safety and the safety of all other American State Department reps she left in Benghazi when every other nation pulled their people out. The motive: Obama was pushing the LIE that 'Al Qaeida was on the run' - even though he had just used our military to help win them a new country of their own in Libya - and that the 'War on Terror' was OVER...as well as saving her own political @$$!
In a CIVIL SUIT you don't have to prove beyond the shadow of a doubt - it's not a criminal investigation. These families are suing Hillary and the State dept for NEGLIGENCE - wrongful death of their sons. It will easily be proven that their sons did NOT have to die, that they died needlessly because Hillary and her State Department failed to do their jobs and left Americans in harms' way to die needlessly.
Defamation will be harder to win. Despite her proven lies, the accusation that she lied to the families at the airport as their sons were taken off the plane boils down to he said-she said...but since 68% of Americans believe Hillary is untrustworthy right now there is a good chance they may find her guilty.
No matter what, they have just ensured that this scandal will NOT be going away any time soon, not before the election in November. Hillary desperately needs to clear plate of all scandals, especially this one. Not going to happen now. Americans will be reminded of it and her 'un-Trustworthy' rating will continue to be a big problem.
