If this source claims people died because of the vaccination, then yes, that source is fake news and disinformation.
However, you have to be able to read statistics. When millions of people get vaccinated, there will be thousands of people dying shortly afterwards. Simply because many would have died anyway. Them getting vaccinated shortly before is mere coincidence.
