val----in the jewish tradition---the rainbow was the "SIGN" that appeared in the NOAH and his arc story. ----as "the end"-----(of the rain) Religious jews say a prayer when they see a rainbow. -----the other symbol that shows up in the Noah story is-----the white dove with an olive branch in its beak. Good thing most pigeons in my town are grey----jews would be saying prayers CONSTANTLY.
